In 2009, Dashon Goldson was the #1 tackling Safety in the entire NFL!
|
"Coach Bobby, thank you for everything you have done for me over all these years! Words can never express how greatful I am to have had you as my coach and mentor since I was in the 6th grade.
I remember when you first brought out those Dip-N-Rip-Sticks to practice and we had no idea
what the heck they were for. It taught all of us how to hit for real
and at the same time it protected us from breaking our necks too.
There is no better way to learn how to tackle than Coach Bobby Hosea's 12-Step Tackle Progression.
What is really crazy, all through my college career, JC and at
Washington, Coaches would ask me to teach my teammates how to hit like
I did! Coach Bobby, much love to you and I will continue to do my best
to make you proud as the true ORIGINAL Dip-N-Rip-Sticks Kid - 1997!!"

#30 ROY LEWIS
Original DipNripSticks Kid - 2002

"COACH
BOBBY!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! That is all I can say for
what you did for me. Everybody, my name is Roy Lewis and I played for
coach Bobby at Narbonne High School in Harbor
City CA my Jr. and Sr. years. I earned a scholarship to the Univ. of
Washington and just finished my Sr. year. If it were not for Coach
Bobby's DB training and most of all his Dip-N-rip-Sticks tackling,
there is no question in my mind I would not have had the success I've
had so far and for sure I would not have signed with the Steelers.
Young guys, you are lucky and blessed to be Coached by Coach Bobby
Hosea, the best coach I have ever had on any level of competition...so
far! God Bless and keep you Coach Bobby, I love Ya! The Ice Man. Roy
Lewis!"

#8 Jeff Brown FS - Montana State Univ. An original DipNripSticks Kid - 2002
|
"Everyone,
my name is Jeff Brown and as a Youth Football player I had the
experience of playing against Coach Bobby's Midget team that he coached
for the Tri-City Falcons in Harbor City CA. We always thought we were
better than any other team we played, especially Coach Bobby's team
because they didn't have anywhere near the talent we had, but man,
those dudes out hit us like nobody's business! We even played them in a
Bowl game at the end of the season and got hit even harder than the
regular season.Then
when I went to Narbonne High School it was to my great surprise that
Coach Bobby was the DB coach and I got the chance to play for him three
straight years. Coach, I can only thank you for the time you put into
me, not only football wise and teaching me how to tackle and play
safety, but also all the guidance you gave me off the field as well.
Coach Hosea's tackling technique is unlike anything I have seen in my
life. The time I hurt myself is when I did my own thing instead of what
I have been taught by Coach Bobby Hosea. If you want to learn how to
tackle effectively and safely, go to Coach Bobby's tackle camp and get
your HIT ON! Keep up the great work Coach and thank you for being there for me. Peace and Love! Jeff."
